Mark has an extensive background in all areas of professional liability insurance but has specialized in Lawyers Professional Liability. Mark joined Founders Professional in March 2018. He started his insurance career in 2000 as a customer service representative with a local Tampa State Farm agency. Prior to joining Founders Professional, Mark spent over 15 years within various operations functions of Brown & Brown Insurance, including but not limited to lawyers professional liability underwriter, regional marketing manager, and most recently V.P. at Peachtree Special Risk.

Gwynne joined FoundersPro in August 2012. Gwynne started her insurance career in 1999 with the St. Paul Companies handling Commercial Auto Claims, then in 2003 joined AIG. At AIG, Gwynne was the Professional Lines underwriter specializing in Lawyers, Miscellaneous Professional Liability, Accountants and Employment Practices Liability

Linda brings almost 30 years of insurance experience to FoundersPro. She joined FoundersPro as the Healthcare Professional Liability Practice Leader in July 2013. Linda’s prior experience includes 6 ½ years with RPS Healthcare, a wholesale intermediary that focuses exclusively in the medical professional field. Her most recent position with RPS was Area Vice President for the Tampa regional office. Prior to joining RPS Healthcare, Linda spent 16 years in leadership roles within the Brown & Brown, Inc. organization. Her responsibilities included Profit Center Manager, Retail Management, Sales Management, National Program Management, and Regional/National Marketing positions.

Dan provides consulting and technical expertise to commercial customers for Directors and Officers Liability Insurance, Employment Practices Liability Insurance, Fiduciary Liability Insurance, Fidelity Bonds and all classes of Professional Liability Insurance.
Dan’s career spans more than 28 years, all of which has focused on management liability and related coverages. Dan has high expertise in publicly traded companies, as well as non-traditional solutions to solve unique and complex management liability problems.
Dan began his insurance career as a D&O underwriter, and underwrote some of the most financially challenged banks and savings and loans in the mid-1980s. Dan was also a retail broker for numerous high-profile companies, including many in the Fortune 500.
Dan is a graduate of Northern Illinois University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Raffi Kodikian began his insurance career in San Francisco in 2004, starting on the ground floor as an administrative assistant and office manager, and quickly growing to add Assistant Broker to his resume. It wasn’t long before Raffi was broking his own accounts, with a focus on Lawyers Professional Liability, working both on program business and open-brokerage products. Given the volume of attorneys in California, Lawyers Professional Liability soon became the cornerstone of his book, and since that time Raffi has placed coverage for firms of all sizes and Areas of Practice. His focus has been on California firms, a market unlike any other in the country, though he has placed firms in states all across the US.
Raffi graduated from Northeastern University in Boston in 1997 with a BA in Journalism.

Matt has over 12 years of experience as a professional liability broker. He started at a National wholesale insurance brokerage as a part time file scanner moving up through the ranks in multiple roles as an assistant broker, service/processing team manager, accounting department assistant, and head agency management/processing system trainer. Stephen joined Founders Professional in the Fall of 2020. He began his insurance journey a little different. He started in business development for a medical malpractice risk retention group (RRG) which quickly shifted to VP of Operations. He then owned and operated his medical malpractice focused retail agency before joining Founders.
Stephen is a graduate of the University of South Florida where he received a Bachelors in Management Information Systems.

Chris joined Founders Professional in 2022. He began his career as a Financial Lines Underwriter in the Northeast in 2007. He served as the Regional VP and Profit Center Leader in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions for 7.5 years. Since late 2010 through 2021, Chris has been on the wholesale side with a focus on Financial Lines (Cyber, MPL, D&O; etc.) products as a broker.
Chris currently focuses on E&O, Management Liability for Public, IPOs, SPACs, Private, Non-Profit and Financial Institutions, and Cyber Liability.

Anthony started his insurance career as a professional and management Liability underwriter in 2003. In 2012, he founded a professional liability wholesaler brokerage (Professional Liability Specialists – PLS) specializing in E&O, D&O, EPL and cyber insurance for large and hard to place business. In 2023, Anthony and his team merged into Founders Professional.

Kevin’s journey with Founders began in April of 2018 where he began as a Product manager in the Tampa office providing professional liability insurance to Lawyers. Since then, he has transitioned into the wholesale sector where he brings his experience of Cyber, Tech E&O, Management & Professional Liability markets. Kevin brings a broad repertoire of experience in the insurance industry which dates back to 2014.
Prior to his insurance career, he completed his degrees in Public Policy & Administration and an MBA. Kevin attributes his success in life to his perseverance, work ethic, and daily motivational habits.
