Allied World’s newest admitted lawyers professional liability product!

Founders Professional is thrilled to announce the launch of a new admitted Lawyers Malpractice product: Allied World LPL Assure. Founders Professional is a state coordinator in Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, Alabama, North Carolina, and South Carolina.   

Underwritten on Allied World Insurance Company (AWIC) paper – rated A (Excellent) by AM Best – LPL Assure offers many expanded features and benefits, including provisions specifically addressing Privacy and Network Security Wrongful Acts, with coverage up to the full policy limit for no additional premium. In addition, this new product provides $25,000 of supplemental Privacy coverage for Credit Monitoring, Notification, Crisis Management and Data Forensics (certain restrictions apply).

Allied World will begin accepting firms of up to 50 attorneys with January 2014 effective dates. While LPL Assure offers many new features, please be assured there are two important components of the program that are not changing: the Underwriting and Claims teams. Every Underwriter and Claims Analyst at Allied World looks forward to providing the same level of service and responsiveness to which you and our law firm clients have grown accustomed.

 P.S Allied World LPL Assure is admitted in Alabama, Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia. We anticipate approval for Ohio in January 2014.
